Hey, guys! I haven’t been faithful to my promises of posting doodles coz I was really busy with this project at work. ….seriously, my recent doodles are really crappy… will surely make post-able better ones..haha  Anyway, this post is reserved for the concept art I’ve done from january – february during my stay in the company.

EDIT: I realized that we could post our stuff outside facebook.  I believe that it’s really rare to be able to post these NDA types of work up so soon. These are just around half of the stuff I did last January to February for War of the Burning Sky Online. Had to step out of my comfort zone and do some big environmental shots and new compositions. Really enjoyed doing these so hope you guys  like it!

Just a random swamp thanks to Mathias Verhasselt for the brushes! Painted in one layer too!

Imperial palace entrance – I believe this was my first environmental art for the game. Inspired by Tron’s concept art can you believe that? lol

Seaquen – my most epic environmental painting to date… was totally out of my comfort zone but I somehow managed.

Monastery of the two winds – I started with a lighted 3D mesh. It was my second time using a 3D mesh

Finally, here’s the first concept art I did for the game. I also used a basic 3D mesh to nail the perspective and the dynamic angle. First experiment with 3D meshes + digital painting was successful! I also did various other art especially for the trailer which you could watch here:
